We are currently looking for a full-time Office Assistant to work at our Portland, Oregon location.
Handle client and customer requests and issues in a timely manner
Help with scheduling
Help with reception work
Assist the operations projects and paperwork
Able to assist employees with questions about pay and pay process
Other office duties as required
Some post high school training strongly desired.
Proficient in MS Office 13
A year of work in an office environment
Able to sit for extended periods of time
Able to climb stairs
$13.50 per hour
Full time and hourly position available
