Job Description Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project(s) you are working on. Work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support. Provide dedicated data reporting and analytical support for the Service Operations department, using a combination of Salesforce, SFDC Analytics, and Microsoft Suite tools. Analyze data to aid in making semi-routine procedural decisions, including creating reports, spreadsheets, charts and macros. Manage the Casino Systems support Continuous Service Improvement program, Manage Salesforce development projects. Serve as the point person with IT and other departments First Year Goals
Perform job requirements with minimum supervision.
Job Requirements• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience. • 5 – 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management. • Must have advanced Project Management skills and advanced Business Analysis skills. • Must have basic knowledge of the gaming industry and be proficient with Salesforce. • Must have advanced knowledge of/skills in communication and cross-functional consensus building, operational and measures and forecasting, organization and prioritization.
