  • This position supports the Global Manufacturing and Logistics organizations and reports to the Business Analysis Senior Team Leader – Global Manufacturing and Logistics.  K-C currently spends $12B annually in supply chain activities and each business unit has significant cost transformation targets in the supply chain area. 
  • The Business Analyst provides business, financial, and operational advice and counsel to the Vice Presidents of Global Manufacturing and Global Logistics and their broader extended teams and must be a knowledgeable resource regarding all financial matters.  The incumbent must also provide ongoing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support. 
  • This position is directly responsible for partnering with key project leaders across the global manufacturing and logistics teams to deliver plans and processes that drive improved profitability for the enterprise.
  • The incumbent is required to provide analysis of discrete business projects or initiatives and serves as an subject matter expert on business planning / FP&A, budgeting, and business case development.
  • The Business Analyst performs financial, business and strategic analyses and recommends courses of action that help enable the function and K-C meet its business and financial objectives.
  • Due to its global nature, the role requires flexibility in ways of working while also providing the analyst an opportunity to learn and build a global K-C network


  • Actively participate in building and executing function capabilities, business strategies, objectives and plans.  Shape, coordinate, and drive delivery of global projects/initiatives as required by function and BU leaders.
  • Provide a source of business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities to assure sound analyses, recommendations, and actionable programs arise across a wide range of business or financial problems.
  • Coordinate, review, or develop capital investment proposals that support timely and profitable business decisions, and complete audits of projects to determine profitability and achievement of original objectives. 
  • Drive process improvements designed to increase efficiency within the function and K-C.  Enhance the position by thoroughly reviewing all the various activities performed in order to improve the quality and productivity of services provided.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality performance through personal example by adopting a customer-based approach to business support.  Personally demonstrate Kimberly-Clark’s leadership behaviors (build trust, make decisions, win consistently, think customer, continuously improve, and build talent).
  • Establish, maintain and operate financial processes that provide timely, accurate and meaningful data to corporate, function, and business management to continually improve ROI.   Provide ongoing budget and spending control oversight to the Global Manufacturing and Logistics teams.
  • Ensure application of efficient financial and operating controls supporting K-C’s requirement for an effective control environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA desirable).
  • ~5 years prior financial experience supporting supply chain, and / or business unit operations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build a compelling business case.
  • Solid analytical skills with demonstrated application of business, finance and economics principles.
  • Experience in a global / international environment desired.
  • Experience working and influencing in a matrix organization desired.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems, including product costing a plus
