Our client seeks a consultant to support the upgrade implementation of INFOR 10 with special focus on the payroll and benefits accounting areas. Key duties will include: -Work with IT and Vendor project managers to develop plan for product upgrade -Understand business requirements of payroll and benefits accounting and document use and test cases -Complete diagrams of related data and process flows -Define and create test data -Execute testing and document results -Trouble shoot issues discovered in testing to understand root cause: product configuration, application defect, process or data issue -Work with IT and Vendor project managers to resolve issues and retest -Develop materials as required to update user processes and procedures -Deploy training or updated procedure documentation if needed -Confirm readiness for final deployment -Support revised processing after upgrade is deployed Local candidates preferred at this time.
