Aerotek is currently hiring for a Customer Solution Specialist for a 1st shift position!
Hours will be 10AM-7PM- 1 hour lunch. Will be answering incoming calls regarding peoples policies or signing up for travel insurance. Could be travel agents or just anyone traveling. Insurance covers worldwide so could be travelers from anywhere or going anywhere.Giving quotes or cost of insurance policy- figuring out which policy best suits the customer. Helping customer total up cost of trip to better understand how much coverage is needed. Sending email confirmation of purchases or coverage. These will be customer service representatives that not only support but are up-selling to customers. There are always high bundles of "protection" that they can up-sell over the phone. This will be a responsibility as well.
