We are seeking a self-motivated, highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our expanding team. This position is responsible for increasing the customer base by maintaining relationships with existing referral sources and developing new relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations supporting seniors. No overnight travel, autonomy to manage your own schedule.
Must understand Healthcare industry, has maybe called on Home healthcare agencies, Discharge Managers, Nurses, Doctors offices, etc. •Provide educational in-services to accounts on a regular basis •Educate key referral sources on the company value proposition. •Be organized and maintain a CRM with key contacts and keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities.
* Minimum 2-3 years of referral sales experience in the Healthcare field * Education: Bachelors Degree * Should be selling a service, ie: hospice, or any kind of equipment or durable medical equipment. * Must be organized and have a hunter mentality * Highly effective at building relationships. * Understand the sales and referral process. * Must be enthusiastic and self driven * Strong presentation and relationship building skills * Excellent communication skills * Ability to manage time effectively * Must have own transportation and be able to visit multiple locations per day * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; comfortable learning and navigating innovative technology and CRM software applications
