Liberty at Home is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join its team of employees committed to world-class performance. We have an
exciting opportunity within the Home Health department for a Per Diem/Pool Occupational Therapist. The occupational therapist (OTR) is a qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides occupational therapy services to clients in their home or current residence as prescribed by the attending physician.


Education and Experience:

 

1.Graduate of an occupational therapy education program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the
American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. (AOTA), or a successor organization of ACOTE such as the Allied Health Education and Accreditation of
the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association. An education program outside the US that is determined to be
substantially equivalent to OT entry level education in the US by one of the allowing: ACOTE or a successor organization, World Federation of OTs, a
credentialing body approved by AOTA.

2.Certified/registered in Occupational Therapy having successfully completed the entry-level certification exam for OTs developed and administered
by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

3.Licensed as an occupational therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

4.One year clinical experience in physical disabilities as a registered occupational therapist. Home care experience preferred.
