Job Description

Experis, a Division of Manpower Group is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a Fortune 500 Financial client located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The individual will be responsible for responding to technical transactional requests from end users to support specialized segments within Commercial Banking. The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all System Access requests from Line Level Management.


  • Respond to system access requests for employees entering into Commercial Banking, employees exiting Commercial Banking, and employees transferring to new job roles within Commercial Banking.
  • Support the On-boarding and Off-boarding of end users
  • Respond to inquiries including Internal Transfers, Password Resets and Call Back Recording Requests
  • Perform Ad Hoc Requests and Misc. Requests as assigned
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; 1 year general office experience
  • Knowledge of the Commercial Banking policy on Information Security preferred
  • Must have significant research/problem solving skills and the ability to assess quickly situations for risk and scope of impact.
  • Proven ability to work with end-users to investigate and resolve issues, or address system challenges.
  • Previous Access Administration or Project Management experience preferred
  • 10-Key calculator by touch with intermediate proficiency level
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi task with excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of data
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
