Status Clerk

Position Summary:
While adhering to department and company policies, the Status Clerk role is to meet or exceed performance and quality standards, while maintaining the timely filing of affidavits of service with the court in a team production environment. The position requires acute attention to detail, time management skills, problem solving ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Furthermore, the role requires customer service skills and the ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast pace growing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Adhere to company and Department Policy and Procedures
• Reroute documents and assign out of state servers
• Ship out of state packages
• Negotiate and follow up with process servers
• Request checks from accounting
• Perform job duties in accordance with documentation standards in Tracker, our system of record
• Meet or exceed Key Performance Standards
• Meet or exceed Key Quality Standards
• Serve as a back up in team members the absence of other
• Meet all training requirements and apply what has been trained in your daily work product and interactions with team members and customers
• Demonstrate proficiency in ProVest terminology
• Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner with demonstrated customer service skills

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two years of verifiable work experience
