Zotec Partners, a leading high-tech healthcare company providing complete physician revenue cycle management through innovative solutions, is looking for a VP of Communications who embodies our core culture of: passion, persistence, people, predictability and perspective.

The VP of Communications will support the organization in delivering both internal and external communications strategy. This position will work closely with stakeholders in the creation and delivery of all company-level and group-level communication, internally and externally, across a broad range of business units.

What you'll do:

  • Work with the CEO and other functional area leaders to deliver compelling and results driven communications, internally and externally
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, defining their communication requirements and provide advice, expertise and guidance
  • Proactively look for opportunities to support the business and bring the corporate strategy to life
  • Assist stakeholders in developing and maintaining internal communications with all employees
  • Assist stakeholders with all external communications
  • Define optimal channel mix for internal and external communications - digital, paper, visual, audio and social media
  • Deliver high-quality, inspiring and well-thought through communications
  • Responsible for all content management changes on the various group web pages
  • Measure the impact and effectiveness of communications, analyze results and provide insights and recommendations
  • Lead/support on other ad hoc communications programs

  • A proven track record of strategic, effective corporate communications
  • Experience in all forms of media, traditional and social
  • Flexible and self-directed mentality
  • Strong interest and knowledge in business and current affairs, preferably in healthcare services
  • Exceptional verbal, writing and editing skills and in particular the ability to write in different styles to reflect the nature of the audience and message
  • Experience of dealing with challenging and potentially conflicting agendas
  • Tenacious with a high attention to detail
