Job Description Responsibilities:

  • Manages the Account Executive team, including but not limited to assigning projects to team members, conducting performance reviews, setting department goals, training, mentoring, and coaching department members, and managing the work of direct reports
  • Provides strategic leadership, developing sales targets and a business plan to achieve them
  • Monitors and reports on team performance and metrics
  • Assigns accounts and ensures sales team has clear operating objectives and goals
  • Develops a long-term plan to increase aftermarket sales, including support, service, parts, rebuilds, and modernizations
  • Ensures proposals are reflective of clients’ needs and ensures clarity of scope and definition of associated projects
  • Maintains a forecast and business plan addressing fiscal year plans and objectives
  • Travels up to 30%

  • Qualifications:

  • Excellent management skills for directing, coaching, scheduling, and assisting team members
  • Knowledge of material handling industry a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to lead sales teams and projects effectively
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented and be able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently, making sound recommendations and decisions relating to technology.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
