Job Description

Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate/motivated individual to assume the role of Functional Expert for Production Execution. The North America based Information, Process & Organization team is seeking a Business Process Expert for Production Execution to provide leadership for the delivery of an effective business system solution to meet internal and external customer needs for ERP deployments in manufacturing.  The position requires exceptional leadership, issue analysis, business assessment, communication, and project management skills including a focus on achieving results. This position will provide leadership for business transformation and project deployment as a business expert. 


•Align Local Business with Core Processes & Solution

•Support the local site team, key users, domain team leaders, and data owners to achieve the project on time

•Guarantee that the deployed Core solution fits with the business needs and drives standardized processes

•Optimize the benefits expected from the Core process implementation  

•Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Management or related field preferred.

•5+ years working experience in manufacturing processes (maintenance processes are a plus)

•ERP Solution knowledge and SAP PP (PS module a plus)

•Strong business process knowledge including Shop Floor Execution, Subcontracting, Capacity Management, Time in Production, Routing, Work Center, and BOM Management including configured materials (Maintenance Execution and Preventive Maintenance a plus)

•Project management experience a plus

•Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

•Bilingual language skills a plus
