As our American Fork, UT based Warehouse Manager, your primary mission will be to maintain inventory accuracy and monitor daily shipments and receipts to maximize efficiency and to coordinate storage and distribution activities to ensure accurate and on-time shipments to our customers. In this critical role, you will oversee the entire warehouse process: shipping and receiving, pick, pack, and shipment preparation, regular cycle counts, purchasing and managing your supplies and managing your warehouse team. Honed communication skills and collaboration will be critical as you will work with our EVP, Operations coordinating warehouse activities with other departments such as supply chain, logistics, order processing, sales, and marketing. Being forklift certified will move your resume to the top of the stack. Preferred for this role is your proven experience with pick and pack processes as we look to improve production results in our facility.
Showcase your ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and display your accuracy and effective time management in everyday logistics. Working independently, using excellent organization and being detail-oriented, especially around required documentation will be key to your success when working under pressure as a leader in our hectic environment. Your ability to meet deadlines, coach and train associates, and consistently enforce policies and procedures will also be tested as you manage a supervisor and four team leads.
