Job Description If you are looking to work for a company that is stable and considered an industry leader, we have the job for you! Our client, a paper services company located in the Glendale area, has several openings for full-time, bilingual, Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will provide ongoing support to customers via inbound calls, email correspondences, and a live chat system. Experienced applicants will be considered immediately!
 
Duties:
•Answer various types of inbound phone calls (80-100+ daily )
•Assist with customer account management
•Answer questions about products or services, determines the customer's need, and offer solutions as needed.
•Provide timely and accurate information
• Answer incoming live chat inquiries from our customers
• Work with a collaborative team that will support you with any issue
 
Skills Required:
• Minimum 2-3 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are essential!
 
 
Please note this opportunity is starting out on a temporary-hire basis with approximately a 90-day probationary period. You will be offered benefits which include health, vision, dental insurance, and paid sick leave. Full-time hours will be offered and starting hourly pay will range from $12.50-13.50 per hour.
