Job Description Human Resources Coordinator This is a 3 month temporary assignment paying $14.00 an hour in Collierville, TN. The hours are 8 am - 5:00 pm and must be flexible for some overtime. Responsibilities: Support effective execution of HR processes in areas such as Leave of Absence, Staffing, Onboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity Initiatives, Work life and HR Information Systems. Providing tactical HR support to the employees in the business. Making calls to candidates to schedule interviews Processing of new-hire paperwork Supporting and facilitating change initiatives through the use of HR consultation skills.. Support deploying and implementing Human Resources policies and practices. Managing the hourly recruiting and new hire process for the Collierville facility. Partnering with managers on interviewing candidates. Manage multiple projects to support continuous improvement for HR. Other duties as assigned. Experience/Qualifications: Knowledgeable with HR Systems and Human Resources Procedures required 2+ Years of Human Resources experience Advanced MS Office Suite skills in Excel and PowerPoint required. Demonstrated high level of administrative expertise required. Demonstrated robust project management skills required. Prior Continuous Improvement/ Lean Manufacturing experience highly desirable. Due to ITAR all applicants, must be a US Person or a current Green Card Holder. Applicant must have flexibility of working extended hours and occasional weekends. All applicants must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand the English language. Education: Associate degree with specific experience in Human Resources required Bachelor degree highly desired
