Job Description

Aerotek is currently seeking and experience Trainer/Professional Development to directly join our client near Glen Burnie, MD.

This person will be responsible for the design, implementation, and instruction of in-house training. The Compensation Analyst will be required to present all material and lead training sessions. Responsibilities will also include the preparation of training and procedure manuals and will need to evaluate training and development effectiveness on a consistent basis. This will include the ability to develop and implement project plans and meet target dates.


  1. Bachelors Degree
  2. Thorough understanding of Health Plan processing systems (i.e. HEALTHsuite, Formworks, Macess, EXP, QNXT, NICE, etc...)
  3. Skilled in techniques and procedures associated with development, implementation, and presentation of training programs.
