Job Description

Job Summary To provide quality therapeutic/social work services to adult, adolescent, and child psychiatric patients and their families; to serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy and assure the deliverance of quality treatment to Therapeutic Day Treatment patients and their families.    


  •  Must be licensed to practice independently in the State of Arkansas. (LCSW, LMSW, LAC, LPC, RN, EdD, PsyD, or PhD)
  • Written and oral communications skills.
  • Skills in case management, time management, and crisis intervention common to acute psychotic as well as non-violent crisis intervention practice.
  • Knowledge of acute adult, child and adolescent psychological disorders; advanced principals of abnormal psychology as specifically applied to adult, children adolescents; familiar with follow-up resource services available to adults, children and adolescents.
  • Skills in maintaining information as highly confidential.
  • Ability to clearly summarize pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and medical records documentation.
  • In the absence of these qualifications upon hire, must demonstrate ability to learn these concepts and develop these skills in a reasonable timeframe.
