The Customer Advocate Enablement Team is seeking a program manager to design, plan, organize, promote, implement and measure the effectiveness of programmatic initiatives. The ideal candidate understands the driving forces behind the role of a Customer Advocate and can collect and analyze data from various inputs to identify and implement strategic process and/or system improvements. He or she should be highly analytical and focused with the ability to work independently without heavy oversight. Attention to detail is a must. This program will involve both short-term and long-term programs that will be used to inspire, educate, and make Customer Advocates more productive. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Partial List of Job Duties

  • Formulate, organize, manage and measure cross-functional projects
  • Recommend programs to enable CA Enablement Strategy and achieve Objectives
  • Lead communications with Customer Advocates and CA Leadership
  • Manage dependencies, status, issue resolution and measurement of CA Programs
  • Develop and manage deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Assess program performance and maximize ROI
  • Prepare reports for CA Directors and VP’s
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and systems/tools/data required
  • Collaborate with Training and Communications resources to achieve Quarterly Plans
  • Represent CAs and CA leadership requirements in Corporate projects
  • Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (SmartSheets, Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Experienced in Project Management and Business Process
  • Job RequirementsMinimum Requirements:College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
