Job Description

Aerotek is hiring for a part time Customer Service Representative for a very large and reputable health care company in Colorado. It is a 3 month contract paying $15 and hour and can be expected to work 16 to 20 hours per week.

Job Description of the Customer Service Representative

  • Receives inbound calls from members, records appointment information and transfers calls to other departments if necessary
  • Determines available appointment times and records patient information using an automated scheduling system
  • Direct calls for further problem resolution if necessary
  • Contract Expectations of the Customer Service Representative

  • Work environment; business casual Monday - Friday
  • Training will be full-time 40 hours Monday - Friday for 2-3 weeks
  • The position will then move to part-time on Mondays and Tuesday (16 to 20 hours per week guaranteed)
  • There is opportunity to pick up shifts Wednesday - Friday if someone is out or they have an influx of calls
  • Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative

  • Looking for someone with 1 year of Customer Service/Call center experience
  • Someone who is comfortable with part-time work
  • Someone who types 30-40 wpm and is computer savvy
