We have an ongoing opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the Birmingham area. The Executive Assistant must have 3 or more years assisting the c-level suite, e.g. CEO, CFO, COO. The ideal Executive Assistant has over 5 years of experience in supporting the c-level suite; experience managing calendars; scheduling meetings; communicating with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence; planning events and conferences; and extensive experience in Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
