Assignment:  Digital Center of Excellence
Location:  Louisville, KY, Chicago, IL OR Dallas, TX

Humana is seeking experienced mobile marketing professionals who have a successful track record of implementing initiatives in the mobile marketing marketplace, know how to collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and optimize the mobile product roadmap, and has experience leading cross-functional teams to plan and implement new mobile capabilities.
Assignment Capsule
The Mobile Marketing Lead will be responsible for helping create, implement and executing our mobile product and marketing strategy via digital touch points such as online websites, Email, SMS, Push, mobile SEO, smartphones, m-commerce and tablet applications. Specific responsibilities include collaboration with business leads to identify mobile marketing / promotional opportunities, evaluate identified opportunities to ensure alignment with customer needs and lead the implementation of approved mobile projects. In addition, you will be asked to:
  • Assist leadership with identifying mobile marketing / promotional opportunities that drive Humana’s well-being strategy forward
  • Translate data into insights and high-quality mobile solutions that meet business needs
  • Leverage consumer insights, competitive intelligence and new product launches to identify and execute new and engaging capabilities, initiatives and campaigns
  • Review adoption and usage metrics and customer feedback to identify opportunities and recommend new product solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally to launch enterprise mobile solutions
  • Lead agency relationships and other vendors, as required
  • Identify and implement cross-promotional campaigns to get our customers to download and utilize our mobile capabilities and offerings
  • Provide full campaign lifecycle management (create, upload, analyze, optimize, report)
  • Develop comprehensive, well thought out test plans to test offers, creative/copy and targeting.

  • Job RequirementsRole Essentials
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
    • Passionate about the mobile space and up-to-speed on cutting edge technology
    • Experience working in the mobile marketing industry
    • Experience in quantitative analysis of marketing results
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
    • Proactively identify, respond to and resolve issues and risks
    • Maintain focus on strategic objectives yet understand business needs
    • Able to work with multiple priorities and tight schedules
    Role Desirables:
    • Text messaging and push notification marketing experience is a strong plus.
    • Familiarity with mobile marketing interfaces.
    • Mobile experience in a highly complex, multi-stakeholder industry (such as healthcare/insurance, financial services or travel)
