Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Field Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling In-House Maintenance and escalated work to approved third-party vendors. This position is the principal contact and liaison between In-House Maintenance staff, third-party vendors and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and enters maintenance data into Yardi and CRM
  • Collaborates with tenants and Maintenance in order to schedule and assign work necessary for property repairs.
  • Schedules and plans work assignments in order to optimize efficiencies related to mileage (driving routes) time and quantity of work orders.
  • Works to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of property repair planning and scheduling.
  • Collaborates and follows up with technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Closely evaluates and processes any costs associated with WO for accuracy, cost assumptions, parts/supplies used within parameters.
  • Ensures all data within the WO is accurate and complete prior to closeout
  • Communicates directly with the field to obtain all data required to successfully close out WO's in a timely basis.
  • Escalates work, which exceeds the capacity of individual technicians to company approved representatives.
  • Assists with research, analysis, and reconciliation of our operating (FieldOne CRM) and accounting (Yardi) systems.
  • Reviews all planned work requests from Company employees. Confirms validity and accuracy of information and determines appropriate resources, scheduling and routing.
  • Facilitates the parts order fulfillment for material required to complete a work order.
  • Communicates related issues, risks, and initiatives with other members of the Company.
