Now hiring for part time customer service representatives in the Aurora area!

Job Duties of part time customer service representatives include:

  • Receives inbound calls from members, records appointment information and transfers calls to other departments if necessary
  • Determines available appointment times and records patient information using an automated scheduling system
  • Direct calls for further problem resolution if necessary
  • Qualifications of part time customer service representatives include:

  • 1+ years of Customer Service/Call center experience
  • Comfortable with part-time work
  • Computer skills
  • Health-care background preferred, but not require
  • Training and shift information:

  • Training will be 40 hours a week Monday - Friday for 2-3 weeks
  • The position will then move to part-time on Monday and Tuesday (16 to 20 hours per week)
