Classification:Account Executive/Staffing Manager
Compensation:$17.50 to $17.50 per hour
Will develop a thorough knowledge of the entire underwriting process for credit card applications but have a specialized role that involves the researching and risk mitigation associated with credit card applications by partnering with assigned business line, other Risk/Compliance/ Audit (RCA) Consultants, and RCA managers to maintain, review and/or oversee an effective risk management framework. This process involves the utilization of tools that will help validate information associated with the application. This validation is completed by responding to telephone inquiries on credit card applications and existing accounts to collect the documents/information of the Know Your Customer (KYC)/Customer Due Diligence (CDD)/Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) program and other customer due diligence information. These activities help to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. In addition to providing the specific tasks on an application this position will help identify gaps and help to develop solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Two to three years of experience in regulatory compliance activities, preferably in security, fraud, anti-money laundering and/or financial services Preferred Skills/Experience - Thorough knowledge of operations, products/services, systems, and risks/controls applicable to assigned area - Thorough understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends - Well-developed analytical skills - Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Strong PC skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheet, databases, and presentations - Effective verbal and written communication skills Please submit your resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] with the subject line as "Fargo Candidate" Thank you for your interest!
