POSITION SUMMARY
The successful Senior Account Manager with minimal guidance manages each layer of the clients' relationship including implementation, training, projects, service model coordination and growth. The Senior Account Manager works in conjunction with departments across the organization to address needs that may arise and to take lead when needed. As leaders, Senior Account Managers always present themselves in a positive, professional "can do" manner and consistently pursue opportunities for self-improvement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - (KEY ACTIVITIES)
  • Function as the primary liaison between Alere eScreen and your assigned clients using a consultative approach to manage the account and exceed all clients' needs. This requires daily interface with all internal team members and clients' contacts at management levels.
  • Address clients' needs as they occur; demonstrate strong sense of customer service.
  • Identify and implement strategies that achieve organizational goals.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements that contribute to operational excellence and accelerated growth of the company.
  • Train/update clients on new technology, product offerings and pricing of those products.
  • Create ad-hoc reports for clients, utilizing customized applications and MS Office Applications.
  • Proactively review clients' reports; identify changes in business trends that may indicate service opportunities.
  • Provide solutions to clients/partners that promote growth and stability.
  • Look at opportunities to generate new business and grow existing business.
  • Work with management to ensure departmental goals are met.
  • Travel as needed to support clients/partners with business objectives, develop strong business relationships and ensure clients satisfaction
  • Monitor program operations, billing and reporting to confirm alignment with customer expectations.
  • EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
  • Four-year degree from accredited college or university with concentration in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Previous experience in Corporate Wellness program design, implementation and/or management
  • Experience with corporate culture along with an excellent customer service mentality.


  • KNOWLEDGE
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook (essential)
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to self-motivate
  • Ability to interface with other departments to execute needed deliverables for clients

  • LEADERSHIP / TALENT MANAGEMENT
  • Solid interpersonal skills with ability to create rapport with internal and external customers

  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to travel as needed (30% travel)
  • Eligible for remote work station
