Job Description Summary

This role will provide first-class quality-related support to the global user communities of SAP ERP and SAP HR. It supports LIQ team members in the end-user support of SAP ERP, SAP HR & LSO, deputize for TrackWise QMS, and Documentum DMS. The position ensures maintenance of baseline validation packages of all global computer systems, and ensure compliance with external and internal GxP regulations for the systems in responsibility
The Global ERP Systems Quality Manager supports LIQ members in management and maintenance of global change control on the respective systems, provides administrative support to LIQ in team management (head of LIQ), project management support for
the different on-going global projects (incl. SAP and other systems) and supports LIQ members in global training initiatives.



Job Description

  • Management of SAP ERP and SAP HR & LSO change control.
  • Support change control process for other LIQ-remit systems and continue to drive and develop the change control process.
  • Management of IT project validation packages, document control & verification, as well as sign-off on validation packages for QA.
  • Management of authorizations on a global level for DMS and TrackWise
  • Provide basic (global-level) training to users on an “as required” basis or through regularly scheduled training sessions for new employees, or as refreshers for the following topics
  •  Basic TrackWise training
  •  Basic Documentum DMS training, DMS QM1 training
  •  Basic and admin SAP LSO training
  •  Basic and advanced CSV training, together with other LIQ members
  • Preparation, maintenance and updates of associated training packages, and maintenance of training records for recipients on a global level.
  • Support in the administration (QA-side) of system testing during IT projects, in close cooperation with IT
  • Act as administrative assistant for the LIQ team, for the organization of meetings and associated resource
  • Act as a conduit for sharing best practice among the sites for the processes and systems within the remit of the team.
