Job Description SUMMARY: The Account Manager position for TruckPro, LLC. will be responsible for building, establishing, and maintaining customer relationships to grow sales and gross profit margin and overall profitability. The Account Manager will be held accountable for effective and efficient utilization of time, equipment, materials or personnel of a small group. The Account Manager will hold the responsibility of development, control or release of financial or other information which may significantly impact the organization, customers, employees or other external elements of the community. This position must exercise constant care to enable proper interpretation of research or manufacturing results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Obtain sales orders from customers and determine customer’s requirements for merchandise and advertise any current salesMaintain contact with established accounts and inform of new products and servicesMaintain strategic accounts on local level as requiredEstablish new accounts and help direct route sales within a specific territoryAssist with the set-up of merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customersInform management of any service complaints.  Assist customers in resolutions

EDUCATION:High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:Candidates must have a minimum of three to four years of related work experience
SKILLS & ABILITIES:Must be able to lift in excess of 50 poundsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsGood oral and written communication skillsAbility to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables
