-Collection representatives work in a call center environment and work off of a dialer system with inbound & outbound calls. (120 calls per day)-Work off of multiple computer screens & systems Collect on past due student loans in the early stages of delinquency(1-60 days). -Contacts customers to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls -Negotiates repayment plans.
Qualifications:-1 year of customer service experience (open to any industry) -Must be OK "collecting" and asking/negotiating with people to make payments. However remember that this is early collections of only 1-60 days past due so clientele calling on will not be that hard.-Must type 30 wpm on typing test. -Needs to pass an assessment.

*Every 4th Saturday and 1 day off during the week
