Job Description

1) Schedule all stages for Brand Inside Sales Experts (Welcome Calls, Business Checkups etc.) through contacting customers directly through email and/or phone.

2) Follow the clearly defined process for documenting all activities within salesforce including schedule attempts, created events, notes for Inside Expert etc.

3) Contact Internal Lab/Brand Partners as needed

4) Achieve desired number of calls scheduled per day

5) Partner with Experts Inside Specialists to ensure daily number of calls completed is achieved.

Qualifications:

1) Strong organizational skill

2) Computer Savvy

3) Able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal partners and customers

4) Coordinate with multiple internal partners to schedule for maximum efficiency

5) Goal Orientated

6) Ability to work in a fast passed work environment

7) Sense of urgency
