POSITION PURPOSE:

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting to achieve staffing objectives for client and its business units. The Recruiter acts as the recruiting contact for select client groups. Hiring goals will be achieved through the implementation of recruiting plans and sourcing strategies. The Recruiter will manage and close openings within established recruiting metrics, consulting with managers and accountable for candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Participate in full-life cycle recruiting including pre-screening, administering pre-hire assessments, preparing candidates for interviews, coordinating interviews, maintaining communication with candidates, debriefing with managers, facilitating hiring decisions, negotiating and extending offers

  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements

  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet customer demands

  • Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates

  • Preparing for, organizing and participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates utilizing standard and creative sourcing strategies

  • Promote our reputation as an employer Identify issues in the hiring process and recommend actions in a timely manner Share information on labor market trends with hiring managers.

  • Pre-screen candidates utilizing applicant tracking technology, video interviewing and other tools.

  • Act as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns

  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations governing the employment process

  • Assist in job posting, reporting, reference checking, offer letters and other administrative components in the recruiting process.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.




  • EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline 1-2 years recruiting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and recruiting technology (ATS, video interviewing, etc)

  • Demonstrated strong prioritization and organization skills

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects

  • Demonstrated strong problem solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Demonstrated strong initiative, unafraid to pick up the phone and call prospective candidates
