Job Description Summary

The Data Entry Clerk will have front desk duties and accounting processes responsibilities.

Essential Duties

  • Answer phones and be the face to welcome walk-in customers
  • Data Entry
  • Filing
  • Backup both Accountant and HR Coordinator as needed
  • Work on projects for Accounting Department as needed
  • Cross train with team members to ensure office coverage
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed

    Education/Certification

  • High school diploma / equivalent
  • Associates Degree is preferred
  • Accounting experience is a plus
  • Experience

  • Must have experience in a professional office environment, at least 3 years is preferred Knowledge/Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and staff at various organizational levels
  • Working knowledge of A/R, A/P and G/L
  • Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of MS Axapta a plus
  • Excellent oral/written communication, presentation, and listening skills
