Job Summary

As Director of TSS Strategic Accounts, your responsibilities, within your assigned territory, include the following:

  • Utilize target list to cultivate high-potential accounts that fit our client and business profile for Technology Staffing Services.
  • Create new relationships, regain lost business, and take competitive market share based on target list. Target list will consist of existing Strategic Accounts with “high volume” potential in the territory.
  • Responsible for revenue generating activities such as Client Visits, Marketing Calls, routine attendance at networking events, and targeted usage of electronic marketing tools such as email and LinkedIn.
  • Routinely collaborate with Regional Management and Strategic Account contacts to analyze business opportunities.
  • Act as consultant to branch sales staff within assigned territory regarding high-volume opportunities.
  • Report directly to Managing Director, TSS Strategic Accounts, who will provide overall direction regarding prioritization of target list, utilization of time, and performance feedback.

  • Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in proven business development is required. Award winning performance is a plus.
