Job Description

The QTI Group is partnering with Mecho Systems, to recruit their next Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Manager in Long Island City, NY. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this role is focused on improving the sales process for the business through optimization of its CRM software system - MS Dynamics. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Manager, will work with the organization to identify gaps in the processes, identify potential solutions, and lead the implementation of the solution design.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the current sales process and how CRM is utilized and leveraged as a tool to support the sales process.
  • Use business acumen, data gathering and analysis to improve the overall sales process and utilization of the CRM tool.
  • Establish metrics for the CRM program that elevate sales effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching to the sales force on how to utilize the lead management process and the CRM system to become more effective at the sales process.
  • Work with Business Analysts to prioritize work for system breaks/fixes, as well as ongoing enhancements.
  • Work with technology owners (IT and vendors) to ensure that business objectives are properly enabled, implemented, and supported by the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
  • Participate in regular meetings with leadership to review sales statuses, and provide analysis and recommendations of sales process improvements.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and develop team members including Business Analysts.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical competency preferred.
  • 3-5 years' work experience in a sales management and sales process development role.
  • Experience leveraging Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to improve sales.
  • Experience working with technical groups (aka IT, vendors, etc.) to improve the overall sales process and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach/coach others how to sell utilizing a standardized business process and CRM tool.
  • Ability to report and communicate at all levels of the organization.
