Job Description

JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dedicated PRN Day Shift ULTRASOUND DIAGNOSTIC TECH I who is passionate about the health and well-being of our patients to perform ultrasounds related to specialty and review and mount test results for physician interpretation. Performs ultrasounds, including Interventional Ultrasound, as ordered. Reviews & presents test results for physician interpretation. Performs exams portably and interdepartmentally

Located in Phoenix, AZ, this
position is critical to the success of St. Joseph"s Hospital Medical Center and
requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the
Mission of Dignity Health.

Minimum Requirements:

HS Diploma/GED, completion of ARDMS approved General Ultrasound program, registry eligible and one year ultrasound experience or equivalent training/guidance or clinical education required. Six months continuous experience performing ultrasound in a clinical setting and ARDMS registration strongly preferred.

Registered with ARDMS or completion of ultrasound education AMA program.
