The verifier’s position is to verify insurance, employment, references and conduct a customer interview for new incoming deals. This is individual will also interact with Western Funding Reps, Marketing, Western Funding dealers as well as Servicing departments frequently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manage an individual queue of new deals.• Make sure all deals are worked on a daily basis• Ensure all received stips are in compliance• Handle high volume of incoming calls• Provide Excellent Customer Service• Deal with various Insurance agents and brokers to verify proper coverage• Verify employment Status• Contact potential customer for an interview • Properly document deals continuously• Call references to ensure validity• Work in a call center environment receiving incoming and outgoing calls • Send, receive and follow up on faxes• Send, receive and follow up on emails
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & LICENSES:• Excellent communications skills• Detail and with excellent organizational skills • Able to work in a team environment• Good organizational skills• Able to work in high pressure high volume environment• Able to manage time effectively• Minimum of 35 wpm• Basic Knowledge of computer applications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:• High School Diploma for Part Time / Bachelor's Degree for Full Time• 6 months minimum of automotive experience• 6 months minimum of Customer Service experience
MACHINES, OFFICE EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE:• CRM (Deal Trak)• Microsoft office (Excel and Outlook)• Copier, Faxing and scanning• Web based applications
