The Accounts Payable Analyst position will report to the Accounts Payable Manager.


The Accounts Payable Analyst will have content expertise in the following areas and will be responsible for the following reporting and communication requirements as deemed appropriate by the Accounts Payable Supervisor:

  • Prepare, submit and follow up with shortage claims.
  • Submit warranty claims with vendors.
  • Distribute warranty reports to our locations.
  • Work with our locations and vendors on recalls.
  • Enter weekly credits into our EDI system.
  • Process monthly statements and prepare for Management’s review.
  • Review and research vendor returns.
  • Pull and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Provide support for manager as necessary.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
    • 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
    • 2 year Degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Intermediate Excel skills.
    • Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Effectively communicate both internally and externally.
    • Maintain vendor relationships.
    • Ability to work independently or with a team.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis.
