Job Description

VOLT is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity working providing IT support as a vendor onsite at the Nation's leading software company.

The Support Engineer position receives assigned cases & collaborates with other engineers, teams and technical leads to provide timely resolution to customer’s technical issues. The engineer will be expected to manage cases with a minimum of case escalation required and a maximum of collaboration with key team members, mentors, technical leads and independent research. Engineers will coordinate engagement with other teams and technologies when such expertise is required to resolve a case.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of (2) years demonstrated customer service and technical support skills
  • Experience working on or in an Inbound Support Center/Help Desk Program
  • Demonstrated commitment to high level customer service and satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, constructive working relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business professionalism and expertise
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • “TEAM” oriented ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proven flexibility and adaptability to perform in a constantly changing environment
  • Familiarity with IT networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, or Exchange
  • Working knowledge of SQL and IIS are definite assets but not required
