Job Description
  • Complete and update an analysis of business potential in assigned market
  • Use the market analysis to complete a business plan for the year
  • Develop monthly and quarterly financial goals based on the business plan and fiscal budget.
  • Work with branch staff to develop a strategy for retaining the branch?s key accounts
  • Contact clients periodically to review their satisfaction with services provided and to discuss opportunities to increase current volume of business.
  • Develop a needs assessment and sales strategy for selling appropriate services to targeted prospects
  • Generate new clients by using the company?s sales process to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Complete required reports on sales and customer service activities. Review reports with regional manager weekly
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment

    Job Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Previous Management experience a plus
    • Clean driving record
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of Outside Sales experience
    • 2 or 4 year degree preferred
    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
