In 2016, it has provided 27 million bumpers for the major automobile manufacturers.MISSION The Engineering Project Manager will ensure product design and industrialization, including associated tools (i.e. molds, validation equipment, checking fixtures, etc.) are within QCT requirements (i.e. non-event launch, robust manufacturing, etc). RESPONSIBILITIES * Define the concepts of the product design to meet customers specifications and GD&T ensure that the design for manufacturing (assembly, paint & packaging) are fulfilled. * Manage and perform risk analysis (DFMEA + Design reviews). * Manage Product validation (i.e. functional, geometry and cosmetic quality). * Manage Product tuning (i.e. mold tuning, checking fixture tuning) . * Define and set up the engineering project planning. * Manage the engineering project reviews, develop reports and action plans. * Contribute to investment optimization through part design. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree with experience or Master's degree. * Leadership skills * Ability to make clear synthesis,. * Organization skills. * Good communication skills. * Project management skills. * Experience with Design and/or development of plastic parts for automotive industry.
