The Indirect Channel Enablement Team is seeking a program manager to design, plan, organize, promote, implement and measure the effectiveness of programmatic initiatives. The ideal candidate understands the driving forces behind the role of the Indirect Sales Channel and can collect and analyze data from various inputs to identify and implement strategic process and/or system improvements. He or she should be highly analytical and focused with the ability to work independently without heavy oversight. Attention to detail is a must. This program will involve both short-term and long-term programs that will be used to inspire, educate, and make Indirect Channel Managers more productive. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Partial List of Job Duties

  • Formulate, organize, manage and measure cross-functional projects
  • Recommend programs to enable Indirect Channel Sales Enablement Strategy and achieve Objectives
  • Lead communications with Channel Managers and Channel Leadership
  • Manage dependencies, status, issue resolution and measurement of Indirect Channel Sales Programs
  • Develop and manage deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Assess program performance and maximize ROI
  • Prepare reports for Indirect Channel CMs and VP’s
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and systems/tools/data required
  • Collaborate with Training and Communications resources to achieve Quarterly Plans
  • Represent Channel Managers and Channel leadership requirements in Corporate projects
  • Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (SmartSheets, Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Experienced in Project Management and Business Process
  • Job RequirementsMinimum Requirements:College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
