The Aviation team works on multiple projects simultaneously, in close coordination with other technical departments.The RoleAs a result of our expanding Aviation practice, we have an immediate opportunity for an Aviation Project Engineer to work on our current projects including regional and municipal airport design and construction services in the Topeka, KS area. This represents the opportunity to grow and learn from senior Aviation staff in a supportive and collaborative environment. The principal responsibilities of the role are to:
  • Provide design, planning, and construction phase service for runway, taxiway, and airfield apron engineering and construction, airfield drainage and grading improvements using Civil 3D AutoCAD, and airfield lighting and Navigational Aid engineering and construction
  • Assist the Project Manager with successful project delivery within scope, budget and schedule

    Job Requirements.
  • Employment authorization to work in the United States immediately
  • BS degree in a relevant Engineering discipline
  • PE license in Kansas or the ability to obtain one within two months of joining
  • At least five years’ relevant experience
