Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years previous recruitment experience preferred
1099 recruiting preferred
Proven experience in identifying candidate sourcing methods
Skills & Abilities
Strong behavioral interviewing skills
Computer Skills in Microsoft Office products
Good typing skills
Must be able to travel extensively.
