Job Description

Rand McNally is expanding their call center in Richmond, KY from 9 employees to nearly 30. The company is a manufacturer of GPS and mapping products that are used predominantly in the commercial transportation (trucking) industry. They have a new tablet system called "OverDryve" that customer service representatives will be helping to troubleshoot, among other products.

Contractors will be answering inbound calls from consumers regarding their products and will provide technical support depending on their level of expertise. Issue resolution can range from solving complications with power, charging, connectivity, product availability, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help Desk / technical support
- Answer inbound calls
- Troubleshoot issues with GPS software and hardware
- Device troubleshooting
- Provide customer support for a variety of consumers
- Data entry tasks associated with logging information on calls
- Stay consistent with high volume calls
- Effective troubleshooting to provide quick and concise issue resolution
