Robert Half is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a large client of ours in the Glen Burnie, MD area. This is a Front Desk administrative role to start, but will transition into more of an Executive Assistant support role down the line. Come work for an industry leader in a role where you will get to wear many different hats. Description - Serve as front desk receptionist - Answer incoming calls - Greet people when entering office - Liaison between departments - Calendaring of c-level executives - Drafting of correspondence - Office management - Ordering office supplies - Handle special projects as needed
