The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Responsibilities: Fielding inquiries (from staff and clients, vendors, etc.), making sure the front area is organized and appealing, receiving packages and making sure they end up in the right department with the right person. Organizing and entering documentation, greeting guests, stocking supply area, etc. This person will be supporting the Office Manager and others. Job RequirementsRequirements: 1. Organizational and time management skills 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 3. Proficiency in MS Office 4. Knowledge of back-office computer systems preferred. 5. Bilingual a plus, but not a requirement at this time. The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with technology, intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, Google, etc, and willing and able to learn. Good-great typing skills preferred, very detail oriented. Qualities: A confident, engaging, face of the company. Someone who can small talk and make people feel very welcome and at home right away. The individual needs to be able to make decisions and take the lead confidently if there isn't someone around to tell them what to do. The candidate needs to be a person with integrity, and a self-starter who can take charge.
