Job Description Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Technician - Access

This job will have the following responsibilities: 
  • Position: Customer Service Technician – Access 
  • Contract Length: 6-12 months, contract only 
  • Shift: 40 hours per week (7:30a-4:00p), working remotely is not an option, 10 hour days are not negotiable 
  • Project Information: Create / Modify / Terminate / troubleshoot Access to network applications. 

  • Daily Responsibilities: Work through list to create / modify / Terminate / troubleshoot access based off Incidents and Requests. 
  • Technical Skills: At least 1 year experience creating / modifying / terminating / troubleshooting access issues in an environment with multiple applications. 
  • Personal Traits: 
  • -Dedicated to learning applications due to the amount of complicated applications that need to be set up 
  • -Ability to work autonomously – self managing 
  • -Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, and critical thinking 
  • -Excellent ability to assess the situation or event, relate it to other similar events which have occurred previously to correct 
  • -Technical aptitude –Excellent ability to learn, understand and then disseminate the information of a technical nature 
  • -Be able to make sound decisions for troubleshooting based on the data collected
