Panduit’s Marketing Operations team seeks a data-driven stalwart to join our team in Tinley Park (Chicago south suburbs), Illinois to assume ownership of our Marketing Automation platform (Marketo) and processes that support our various business units. As Marketing Automation Manager, you will ensure the structural and operational integrity of our Marketo system utilizing best practices in program/campaign management, asset maintenance, and lead generation. Your ability to mentor and coach will be invaluable as you support the global marketing organization in its use of the newly adopted Marketo platform. Your experience with lead scoring and nurturing will be heavily relied upon in configuring marketing programs and lead life-cycles to drive sales through the marketing funnel. Job Requirements

As our Marketing Automation Manager, you will directly work and oversee cross-regional Marketing Automation team on a day by day basis to meet or exceed internal SLAs and ensure seamless coordination across time-zones. You will work with internal clients to define and implement lead lifecycle, lead nurturing and other complex marketing automation programs in a flexible and timely manner that meet business objectives and maximize ROI. Leverage your strong analytical nature to understand and educate the organization on critical email and marketing automation metrics including establishing comparison baselines and goals. We will look to your previous experience to define and drive best practices for email communication, lead scoring, lead nurturing, data hygiene and database health programs. You will develop and drive test strategies, including A/B multi-variant testing, to drive qualified traffic and revenue-building activities to ensure maximum profitability while working with the business to define responsive email and landing page templates that meet standards as well as being cross-browser compatible.
