Job Description WSFS Bank is currently seeking an Advertising Manager to join the WSFS Bank marketing team. This Advertising Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing integrated (internal and external) advertising and communications plans. The incumbent will ensure high quality, effective communications for company initiatives and campaigns. These projects entail oversight of integrated communication plans which span internal, external, marketing, advertising and digital media. The incumbent will ensure alignment of work with WSFS Bank vision, mission and strategy. The incumbent will support the Bank’s goals by focusing their efforts on assisting with the development of holistic advertising campaigns that include print, direct mail, and other collateral and digital components. The incumbent will partner with the product team to manage and meet the needs of the business lines they support through creative, campaign management and agency liaison services. The incumbent will support the branches and businesses lines to help them reach their goals by developing and promoting marketing materials that support the programs they participate in on a local or regional scale. This will include actively managing marketing efforts for new branch openings and renovations, including pre, during and post opening activities. This will also include measuring the results of advertising campaigns to determine their effectiveness and cost-benefit ratio. 
The Advertising Manager will take an active role in the overall look and feel of the branch experience by designing, coordinating and executing branch merchandising. The incumbent will develop and create advertising for a variety of different communications including but not limited to direct mail, letters, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, sales and recruitment efforts, compliance mailings and sponsorship ads. The incumbent will manage the marketing automation system and support the streamlining of advertising materials through an online platform. Additionally they would manage the online Company Store to ensure new and innovative products are continued to be added as well as brand reputation managed. Event management and support will be part of the job to ensure the successful execution of all Associate Meetings, corporate events and other special projects as they arise. The incumbent should have experience managing multiple medium/large projects in a deadline-driven environment and be comfortable with providing direction and feedback regarding projects to those outside the organization including our vendor partners. 
Minimum Qualifications:• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications or advertising agency• Previous financial services experience is strongly preferred.• Must be a creative and self-motivated individual who works collaboratively in a high performance, team environment.• Must be able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment, drive forward key initiatives and manage workflow on simultaneous projects.• Must possess the ability to interact confidently and effectively with all levels of management.• Must possess an understanding of deposit and retail loan products and a familiarity with business lending products.• Excellent organization and project management skills are required and graphic design skills are a plus.

• Incumbent will be required to stand for intermittent periods of time. • Incumbent may be required to sit for prolonged periods of time. • Dexterity is mandatory as this job requires frequent use of hands and fingers. • The incumbent will be required to walk, reach with hands and arms, push items overhead, occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. • The incumbent will also be required to talk, hear, see, read and write. • This position requires regular lifting and moving of 10-25 lbs. • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
