Join our amazing team that identifies top talent for pharmacies that provide services for the behavioral health population across the country. This is a fast paced, high volume environment that requires the ability to manage high levels of activity and multiple demands. Consult with hiring managers to identify and recommend hiring solutions. Oversee all sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection of the best talent to join our growing company. We operate over 365 pharmacies in 44 states.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for full cycle recruiting for all positions as assigned


  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.


  • Follows-up with management during the recruitment process to provide updates regarding the candidate pool, interviews, etc.


  • Develop sourcing plans


  • Evaluate applicants strengths compared with required competencies


  • Identify, pre-screen and recommend top candidates to hiring manager(s)


  • Participate in interview process as required


  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates


  • Use the tools provided to advertise, source and hire top talent.


  • Provide interviewing coaching/suggestions to hiring managers to help develop their interviewing skill


  • Educational or Skills Requirements:

  • Requires 3 years of experience in human resources, including recruiting, screening, interviewing, and assisting in the development and implementation of proactive recruiting strategies.


  • Experience in the pharmacy recruiting a plus


  • Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and experience with high volume recruiting


  • Strong interviewing and selection skills


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, consistently demonstrating a high degree of professionalism.


  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels both internal and external to the company


  • Familiar with applicant tracking systems


  • Strong user in Microsoft products


  • Ability to travel as required
