  The receptionist is the first point of contact for the company and provides administrative support for the corporate office. Handles the flow of people through the business and ensures that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Essential Functions:
  • Operates multiline switchboard in an efficient, business-like, friendly, and effective manner, accurately routing calls.
  • Provides business-like and friendly greeting, registration, badging, and routing of lobby visitors.
  • Performs various administrative support projects for the Corporate offices such as: Prepares mailings & coordinates luncheons.  Enters data into systems, files, copies, etc. in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis.

    Minimum Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior computer skills and switchboard experience.

    Preferred Education and Experience:
